LISTING INFO
A free listing gets much of the info. needed for the property. A PRIME listing has extra fields where information can be added such as school proximity and other relevant information. It makes for a more complete listing.
IMAGES
Buyers love to see images. With a PRIME listing you can load up to 12 images, we automatically create thumbnails (small clickable images) which users can click-on to expand to a nicely viewable size.
BROADCAST 100+ SITES
We own and operate a network of over 100 ".ca" websites which displays your listing on relevant sites (e.g.. findcondos will only show condos obviously). You can see them by clicking "Search Listings" or clicking http://free2list.ca/findlistings.php
SUPPORT
Support is by email for free-user members. For PRIME members, phone support is available (9-5 EST Mon-Fri) as well as live text/chat.
LISTING PLACEMENT/RANKING
When the results are displayed on all our websites, paid PRIME listings are always shown before free listings.
OPEN HOUSE ADVISOR
You can easily attach your open house date and time to your listing. This will show prominently on the listing but will cease to show when the date is passed (meaning you don't have to remove it). You can set dates as often as you want. The open houses have blinking icons on city searches to show one is scheduled - which is a great way to get attention!
PROPERTY STATS
Easily see when your property is viewed, and from which of our websites. See the results of your ad!
MULTI CATEGORY
PRIME users can easily add their property to more than one category of listing. For example, their property could be both Cottage and Condo and Investment - this allows the listing to be found on more sites and in more ways.
LINKS
PRIME users can add links to other (not operated by us) websites, both in the description of the property and in three special link areas. This is useful to ensure that all your on-line advertising is linked together and that potential buyers can see all the information you have on the web.
AD-FREE CONTENT
No property or real estate ads appear on PRIME listings.
VIRTUAL VIEW SYSTEM
All PRIME accounts have a link to http://www.walkaround.ca - a great virtual viewing system that displays your property info and images an a completely new way. It is done automatically and linked from your property pages on our sites. You can link directly too for your own marketing (e.g. walkaround.ca/12345)
PRINTABLE BROCHURES
PRIME users get the auto-generated printable data-sheets on http://www.youraddress.ca which are great for open houses and flyers. You can link directly too for your own marketing (e.g. youraddress.ca/12345)
