Free2List.ca offers the following services to owners and professionals. When you enter your listing or create free accounts, all these options will be presented to you. Simply choose what you want. All listings and accounts are initiated as FREE meaning you have to upgrade to pay.

OWNERS

FREE LISTING OF REAL ESTATE - LIST NOW
You can add your real estate for sale or lease if you have the authority to do so. Listing real estate on the system is free. You can choose to enter your contact details or not. If you do, an account will be opened for you to make changes and add information. Having an account is free unless you choose to upgrade to paid services.

UPGRADED LISTINGS - WHY UPGRADE
You may upgrade a listing to "Premier" at the time you enter it or later. Premier listings can include up to twelve images which you upload and manage. Also, premier listings can include website links to other sites and do not show advertising and will be returned before free listings in any searches on our broadcast sites.

AGENTS/PROFESSIONALS

FREE MULTIPLE LISTING ACCOUNTS - CREATE ACCOUNT
You may create a multiple listings account for free. This is mainly for agents, owners of multiple properties, prperty managers etc. Your account allows you to enter as many properties as you wish.

UPGRADED ACCOUNT - WHY UPGRADE
You may upgrade your account to Premier, meaning that all the listings in that account are automatically upgraded to premier. Premier listings can include up to eight images which you upload and manage. Also, premier listings do not show advertising and will be returned before free listings in any searches on our broadcast sites. Simply put, if you have more than one listing to enter, it is cheaper to upgrade your account as individual listings are more expensive if done individually.

UPGRADED ACCOUNT COMES WITH GREAT ADVERTISING.
Great exposure in any city in which you have a live listing. Our business card graphic and testual ads are perfect for getting noticed. Your PRIME account comes with all you need for incredibly cost-effective exposure for you and all your listings.

Free2List.ca is another network site from Commercial Realty Marketing Systems Inc., a Canadian, Niagara-based company specializing in innovative methods of market real estate. We provide ways for individuals and agents to market properties and have a large network of websites in order to do so.

We have numerous websites aimed at facilitating the sale of real estate. Free2List.ca is one which helps "populate" other sites with available listings. We market the other sites to demographically targeted areas in order to maximize the potential of finding an interested party. We employ RSS feeds to make watching the action easy as well as other, easy to use search features. You can add more than one listing (landlords and agents usually), for residential, commercial, income and other properties.
